Plan of Action for a Crashed Hard Drive:

Step 1:
Check if you kept a recent backup of all the information that was on your hard drive. If not, ask Glenn to setup automatic backups for you. If you have the files, well done! You followed backup best practises!

Step 2:
Call Glenn to have a look at your hard drive sooner rather than later. The longer you wait, the less chance there is of recovering any lost data. Get the hard drive looked at ASAP!

Step 3:
Decide on a replacement hard drive, and either buy it yourself or use Glenn’s Personal Shopper Service to get the right hard drive for your needs.

Step 4:
Leave your computer in the capable hands of Glenn to restore your old data and to setup your new hard drive.

Step 5:
Receive your computer back, just as it was before the hard drive crashed!
